There may be times when you would rather collect your online purchases from our shop in Prahran, Melbourne, Australia. This is handy for bulky items which can be expensive to send.

In this case, simply specify this at the checkout: Once you have added the items to the shopping cart select ‘collect’ as your preferred shipping method. You will then be contacted by a Kazari + Ziguzagu (Kazari P/L ) team member who will advise when you can come past to collect your items. Items will generally be ready for collection within 1 business day and must be collected within 5 business days unless otherwise arranged. Charges apply for storage beyond the initial period. You may also decide to use the Click and Collect service if you have an existing/preferred carrier for interstate and international shipping.

Alternatively you are welcome to arrange delivery with your preferred carrier.

If you live interstate or overseas and are concerned about the cost of shipping your item(s), please contact us for a shipping quote before you make your purchase. We are happy to hold items whilst shipping arrangements are being made.  

Kazari P/L uses competitive and reliable shipping services including but not limited to Auspost, DHL and local couriers and carriers, as well as art and antique specific interstate and international carriers.
Please check that your preferred courier/carrier offers appropriate insurance cover as your item/s won’t be the responsibility of Kazari P/L once they are in the hands of the carrier or courier.  
Additional insurance may be required as standard insurance may not be sufficient to cover loss or damage of fragile or expensive items. Please check that your item is covered. Kazari P/L s not responsible for loss or damage of items once they have left our premises.

Items where delivery is not arranged or collected within 2 weeks of purchase will incur a storage fee of $20 per week until the item is collected.

Local (Melbourne) delivery charges are based on distance covered from our Malvern Road store. Additional charges apply for over sized, bulky and heavy items, please request a quote.
