Returns and Replacements Policy (online and instore)

Should you consider an item flawed or damaged upon delivery please email or call Kazari P/L within 5 business days of receipt of the goods quoting the original order/reference number and your reason for returning the item.

In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, we cannot refund the goods however can offer a credit note, valid for 12 months from the date of return. In the case of online purchases all shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to Kazari P/L for exchange must be returned within 7 days, intact and in new, unused, unmarked, saleable condition. To discuss a return, replacement or to make an insurance claim, please contact us by email or post, and state the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item. Should the item arrived damaged please contact Kazari P/L within 5 business days with a photo of the damaged goods along with its packaging and a request for refund, damaged goods must be returned to Kazari P/L for a full refund. Please note that original shipping charges, import duties or taxes are non-refundable unless additional insurance has been purchased.

Please note that some items including cut fabrics, clearance and sale items cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.

Insurance claims can be made for items damaged in transit.

When sending returned items to Kazari P/L we advise you use registered post or direct courier because Kazari P/L does not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your application for refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange Kazari P/L reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

 

Kazari + Ziguzagu Workshop Cancellations Policy

A full refund, rescheduled date or store credit will be offered to all participants if a workshop is cancelled by Kazari + Ziguzagu due to insufficient numbers or illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation Kazari + Ziguzagu will endeavour, where possible, to give participants at least 48hrs notice.

If a participant wishes to cancel their enrolment more than 7 days prior to the workshop date, a full refund or store credit will be issued, minus a $25 administration fee.

The workshop fee will not be refunded within 7 days of a workshop, however a transfer of credit can be made towards another future Kazari+ Ziguzagu workshop.

A transfer can only be completed once within 12 months of the original workshop date.

If the participant fails to attend the subsequent workshop to which they have transferred their credit to or the 12 months expires, they will forfeit all credit.

All requests for cancellation or refund must be made in writing to info@kazari.com.au
